Here a list of some of the services we provide:

Testing and Annual Certifications

We offer annual visual inspections and Mechanical Load Testing for any fall protection/fall arrest systems currently installed.

  • 1910.66(g)(2)(iii)The building owner shall keep  a certification record of each inspection and test required under  paragraphs (g)(2)(i) and (ii) of this section. The certification record  shall include the date of the inspection, the signature of the person  who performed the inspection.

Design and Engineering Services

  • Parapet Inspections  – According to ANSI I 14.1,  Section 9.2.2, all roof levels that do not have a parapet of at least  42” high must adhere to the rule that when working within 6’ of the low  parapets, fall arrest equipment must be used.  We will help you put a plan in motion to avoid injuries and minimize risks

Power Platform Inspection Requirements

The following are regulations covering  the periodic inspections and tests on powered platforms:

  • OSHA's regulations for powered platforms, particularly for building  maintenance (29 CFR 1910.66), stipulate various inspection requirements  to ensure worker safety: 
  • Inspections by building owners Building  owners are responsible for ensuring powered platforms are inspected and  tested. A competent person must conduct inspections at least every 30  days or before use if the work cycle is less than 30

ISAs (Intermittent Stabilization Anchors)

  •  ISAs/ Face Receptors Attachment – According to ANSI I 14.1,  Section 5.88, powered stages operating above 130 feet, approximately 11  floors, must have provisions for wind stabilization
